Hello, I am, Stefania, a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer. Working out of my home, I have a dedicated space for all my energy healing session (See pictures of Energy room). Energy work has been something I have done since I was a child, at the time not knowing how I was doing it or what it was called. Over the years, I always found my way back to what I always felt and knew to be real. Connecting to one’s energy is a scared and beautiful experience. A true experience and all you need is to be 'Open to the idea' and experience the moment.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual healing; it originates from Japan. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things, the Universal energy, and natures Love. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is a positive, pleasant and relaxing experience. It is often utilized for one’s personal wellness, to bring tranquility and peace, it helps ground you to your true self. It is something you must experience to truly know.
In person Reiki is approx. 60 mins.
Distance Reiki is about 45 mins -
How does Distance Reiki it works?
We set up a time that works for both of us. A time when you can have about 30 mins to yourself, when it's quiet and tranquil, without any disruptions or interruptions. You can either lie down or sit comfortably. I suggest you have a pillow and a comfy blanket for your warmed and comfort. I'll call you and we will begin, the first 15 minutes I will give you a walk through and you can inform me of any concerns and ask any questions you may have. Then I will tell you when you close your eyes and relax for 30 mins. Once the 30 mins has passed, I'll let you know.
Will I feel anything?
Everyone has a different experience. Some people feel heat, light pressure, relief, light, relaxed, many fall asleep. Some clients have mentioned they were parched, had darker urine and many mentions how they felt more at peace after a session. Whatever you feel, it is your body reacting to the natural energy flow of the Universal energy.
We recommend you drink lots of water after a treatment.
IMPORTANT To mention
Please indicate if you have any health conditions ahead of time, especially is you have low blood pressure. Reiki, has been known to lower your blood pressure, so If you do have low blood pressure and we are doing a distance session, it's best, you’re not alone, or we arrange to do it via facetime/skype/hangouts or thru Facebook Messenger.
If you have a specific issue you would like to work on, it is suggested to do three sessions only days apart for best results. However, you can decide after the first session how, when and if you would like to proceed with more sessions.
Studies
McGill University has conducted a case study on Reiki, "Results: Preliminary results after each session indicate a significant reduction of anxiety and stress, in addition to improving regulation of pain, fatigue, emotional state, and digestive issues.
